Banana & Honey Desert

• Place the honey and butter into a microwave container.
• Sprinkle Nutmeg over the top.
• In a microwave heat for 30 seconds on high.
• Gently stir the bananas through the warm honey mixture.
• Cook on high for 30 seconds to warm.
• Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
• Serve with ice-cream, cream or sour cream.
