Apple Crisp

| Sugar |

| Sugar, brown |
1/2 cup |

| Lemon juice |

| Butter |
1/2 cup |

| Honey |
1/2 cup |

| Salt |

|
Spread sliced apples in a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and lemon juice, pour honey over all. Mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Work in butter as you
would for biscuits, making a crumb-like mixture. Spread flour mixture over apples. Bake at 375, about 40 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is crisply browned. |
