Apple Crisp

Apples 4 cups sliced
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Sugar, brown 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Butter 1/2 cup
Honey 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.

Spread sliced apples in a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and lemon juice, pour honey over all. Mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Work in butter as you would for biscuits, making a crumb-like mixture. Spread flour mixture over apples. Bake at 375, about 40 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is crisply browned.
