| Onion |

| Milk |
1/3 cup |

| Egg |

| Bread crumbs |
1/2 cup |

| Worchestershire sauce |
dash |
|
| Soy sauce |
dash |
|
| Garlic powder |
1/2 tsp. |

| Tomato sauce |
1/4 cup |
|
| Water |
1/4 cup |
|
| Honey |
1/3 cup |
|
| Mustard |
1/2 tsp. |
|

Combine first 8 ingredients in 1 quart casserole dish. Pat gently. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high for 5 minutes.
Combine tomato sauce, water, honey and mustard. Mix well.
Drain grease from meatloaf.
Pour tomato sauce mixture over meatloaf.
Microwave on medium-high for 2-4 minutes, or until meatloaf is no longer pink.
(Place a custard cup, inverted, in the center of your dish and pat the meatloaf around it. The meatloaf will cook more evenly and the grease will collect under the custard cup.) |
